Maplewood Township has begun offering the residents of the Wyoming section of Millburn Township the opportunity to use its jitney service to the Maplewood train station. The new extension provides two additional stops. There are six scheduled jitney pick-ups in the morning at each of the two stops, the first at Glen Avenue and Cypress Street, the second at Wyoming Avenue and Maple Street. Jitney stop signs mark the locations. The cost of the ride is $1 each way.

Green Wood Gardens Grand Opening

10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Join us for a lively opening day in the gardens featuring a self-guided tour, a scavenger hunt for visitors of all ages, and a 2 p.m. performance by the Princeton Katzenjammers, the nation’s oldest co-ed collegiate a capella group. Refreshments will be served on the terrace. Free admission, no reservations required.
Many more activities to follow in May & June. Private garden tours available.

Family Fun Night
-Express Yourself Studios located at 1877
Springfield Avenue in Maplewood will host "Family Fun Night of Art" EVERY SATURDAY 4:00pm-6:00pm. Families join us for 2-hours of studio time, one (1) guided art project, pizza, beverages and all materials required to facilitate the workshop.
The workshop fee is $20 per person (4 or more participants the workshop fee is $15 per guest.) To join “Family Fun Night of Art” register 2-3 days in advance.
Everyone leaves with a frame-worthy piece of artwork.

Express Yourself Studios is an art studio and art gallery dedicated to being an outlet for children and adults to express themselves creatively via classes in arts and crafts. As well as a space where artists are welcome
