• TRG will explain Agency Relationships and represent you as a buyers’ agent  (or a dual agent if the opportunity arises)
• TRG will determine your price range and assist you with a pre-approval letter (if necessary)
• TRG will help you narrow down your search
• TRG will enter you into our auto-email database and send you daily updates on new listings
• TRG will notify all our contacts that we are looking for a home that might work for you
• TRG will give you an area tour of the towns you like
• TRG will introduce you to other agents to help you in areas we don't handle
• TRG will preview houses, pick up brochures and mail or fax the details to you
• TRG will go over the comparable sales in the area and help you prepare an offer
• TRG will go over all disclosures with you
• TRG will negotiate for you and compose a letter of introduction for the sellers

Once TRG Has A Signed Contract:

• TRG will continue to inform you of new listings through the attorney review period
• TRG will recommend attorneys, inspectors, mortgage companies, contractors, movers & many other professionals that you may need.
• TRG will offer you an AHS home warranty policy
• TRG will be present for all inspections and estimates
• TRG will meet the appraiser and provide comparables
• TRG will advocate for your best interests all along the way
• We will always find someone from our office to meet you if we are not available
• TRG will let you know who the neighbors are and make introductions for you and your kids when possible
• TRG will give you schedules for recycling, garbage collection, schools, recreation, community and social organizations
• TRG will help you with your utility transfers
• TRG will help you get involved in the community
• TRG will tell you about the local papers if you want to subscribe
• TRG will follow up on all repairs, credits and workmen who may have done work in the past
• TRG will find out the name of the alarm company
• TRG will attend your walk through
• TRG will attend your closing and bring you a nice gift
