Once TRG Has
A Signed Contract:
- TRG will
continue to inform you of new listings
through the attorney review period
- TRG will
recommend attorneys, inspectors,
mortgage companies, contractors, movers
& many other professionals that you may
need.
- TRG will
offer you an AHS home warranty policy
- TRG will be
present for all inspections and
estimates
- TRG will meet
the appraiser and provide comparables
- TRG will
advocate for your best interests all
along the way
- We will
always find someone from our office to
meet you if we are not available
- TRG will let
you know who the neighbors are and make
introductions for you and your kids when
possible
- TRG will give
you schedules for recycling, garbage
collection, schools, recreation,
community and social organizations
- TRG will help
you with your utility transfers
- TRG will help
you get involved in the community
- TRG will tell
you about the local papers if you want
to subscribe
- TRG will
follow up on all repairs, credits and
workmen who may have done work in the
past
